When they sent me the email
When they sent me the email, I replied back that I needed Two magnesiums and I did not need the multivitamin they did not change the order

So I wrote a bad review 3 months ago
So I wrote a bad review 3 months ago, I was hoping things would get better but they did not. Please keep in mind this is an expensive program and I really wanted it to work so I wanted to give it time to see. Well they still do not have good customer service. The automatic reorder portal does not work. I spent much time trying to get that fixed but they had to reorder my stuff and it was 3 weeks late for delivery. Also Had a video apt. today. They sent me 3 e-mail reminders and 2 text but the doctor was a no show. They claim it was a technical issue but nobody showed up for the call and I stayed on for the whole 45 minutes. I have had no real improvement to my health after 3 months of treatment. I was hoping the doctor would provide some incites today. I would not recommend this program for anybody due to the many things they have not done and how difficult it is to deal with them. Very disappointed and was told they had answers.

10x health customer service answered all of my questions in depth to ensure the best protocol for me, and so I understand. The supplements have improved the quality of my sleep, and I notice my demeanor is much more calm. I’m super grateful to have found out my deficiencies.

Ivette! When I first started my customer service rep was awful. No communication at all. So bad that my husband refused to do the program. I hung in there hoping things changed and it did!
