Not helpful at all
Not helpful at all. Cannot do anything per requested. Planning to move to another provider e.g. Google Domain because of lack of support and unreasonable reason given due to unreasonable redemption fee (10x more than registration fee itself). Should have been providing more helpful actions and responses. If live support cannot help anything and always asks to open a ticket, it's better not to have one.

Hi Nash, We are sorry to hear you left the interaction with our team feeling this way. Unfortunately, because you paid for your renewal 20 days late, a restoration fee is required. The domain Registry, not 101domain, imposes these fees. We tried to be helpful and offered to reduce the fee significantly, but you still requested a refund which we have provided you. For security reasons, our team members cannot perform cancellations or refund via Livechat. We require these types of requests via support ticket for your security.
