Ordered my PRS SE Custom 24 on Sat, arrived Tuesday by standard shipping. Was double boxed for protection. Guitar was in perfect condition. Their price beat everyone and they had a finish others didn’t offer. Online ordering was easy.

Zzoinds has always treated me with respect and as a person and not a credit score. I wouldn’t have the gear i have if it wasn’t for them believing in me. That said I have fantastic pro level gear and will ALWAYS bring them my business!

I just bought a Kirk Hammett V ESP from them and it took me writing a bad review to get a simple answer to a simple question so Im changing my initial review with some advice to the company. Make sure your sales and online chat people know what they are talking about all I wanted to know was why my item had a 2023 serial number and through chat all your agents told me was basically that was the luck of the draw if they had told me it was a limited run of the guitar I would have been great that makes sense I almost returned this because of rude chat agents that have no idea what they are telling people.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. This guitar was part of a limited run and was only produced for a short time. Any guitar like this is only made in 2023. We've provided a return shipping label in case you would like to return it. If you have any other questions or concerns please contact us at [email protected]

Best product's, best sales team. They know their stuff. Always answered all my questions with actual knowledge and facts. I've only bought from them the last few years. If you don't know find out and try them out. You'll be stoked!!!

I purchased a bass from zZounds. Initially, there were some issues with the manufacturer and availability. zZounds were responsive, updating me on progress. When it became apparent that the delay may extend, they went out of their way to acquire it and ship it to me in a timely manner. I am super grateful! Exceptional customer service all around.

The drum selections that are offered are extensive and priced well. The options to make purchase and pay as you play made buying items even better as there are options for interest free payments. And the delivery on all items was phenomenal! Great service and planning to purchase again here. VERY HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!!
