I ordered my first guitar from zZounds in 2013 I think, was not given any crap about my credit at all, it's not all that good. Since then I have purchased over $30,000 worth of merchandise from them using the payment plan. I only once had a problem with an item that I purchased and I had to send it back, which went about as smooth as it could be. I sent copies of all my zZounds invoices showing everything that I've bought, and that I paid for everything using their payment plans and never missed a payment, to Sweetwater when they refused to sell me a $59.00 item, Sweetwater refuses to sell to anyone that doesn't have an 820 FICO score. The only issue I have with zZounds is that they don't have the selection that other stores have, wanted a Yamaha mixer that was 12 channel and zZounds only sold the 24&36 channel versions, no Mesa Boogie, and other high ends brands. I remember a few times that zZounds refused to sell me items because I was under my limit, but the item that I wanted wasn't available in an 4, 6, or 8 payment plan because of some insane house rule.

I have done consistent business with zZounds.com for well over a year now, and have nothing but great things to say about them! They have great prices and selection, great financing options, great refund policies, and absolutely stellar customer service. I'll never go anywhere else for our musical needs.

In 1981 I purchased my first guitar from a neighborhood music store. Back then we weren't forced to get a store "card" through a bank and pay interest and finance fees. Instead, I was given my dream guitar to take home and made interest-free monthly payments. That Music store encouraged me to persue my passion for music and worked with me to make it happen without squeezing for more money. It's a simple concept that I thought had been lost over the years. Thanks zZounds for bringing some integrity back to the music business, and making it easier to obtain gear without the hassle. I was a little sceptical at first due to some of the reviews, but I gave it a try. My experience couldn't have been better. I was approved for nearly $1200 in gear, made the first payment, received the gear fairly quickly, and I couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to doing lots of business together. This was our first time ordering from zZounds. We ordered the MPC Live 2 on November 19th and we received it on November 27th. We are so excited for our new machine & the fast shipment. Will definitely order again from this company.

I just wrote a rather scathing review of a pathetic company. NOW, I'm going to write a review of a business that is tops in my mind. I started dealing with Zzounds around the middle of 2017. In the almost three years they have enabled me to obtain music gear I would have only dreamed of years ago. They have the best and easiest financing in the business! They ship and deliver within two days- AT NO COST! NOTE: On some cheaper items, the two day might cost a couple of dollars. AND, during the Holiday season they note shipping delays are possible. If you order during business hours- IT GOES OUT THAT DAY. Order on Monday, your enjoying the device on Wednesday! Their prices are competitive with any other online company- PERIOD! AND, should you need advice or have a problem they are easy to reach and extremely helpful. And, you are kept up to date on your order. You get immediate e-mail updates on the orders, shipment etc. Just top notch. I haven't done a tally lately, but in the almost 3 years I have purchased over $10,500.00 worth of musical equipment- AND none of it was faulty. I have sent back "zero" items! No, they don't carry "everything" but then nobody does. But, they do carry a lot! And they post reviews on equipment + or -! I have nothing bad to say about their operation, it is first rate, professional and has done very well by me. Nothing but praise!

Love these guys! They are very competitive in prices and will match a legitimate ad if it's cheaper elsewhere. Great selection on so many things from guitar picks to DAWs to stage equipment. What I really appreciate about zZounds are the no credit check , no interest PAY AS YOU PLAY payments. This has helped me out so much allowing me to get items I normally wouldn't be able to otherwise and make my musical dreams come true ( yeah that sounded dumb didn't it?). I have bought several items from zZounds and each experience has been a positive one. I must say their 2 day shipping so far has been exactly that. Thanks again zZounds!

Great selection of musical instruments and DJ / audio products. Ability to make affordable monthly payments same as cash, not like rip-off rent-to-own companies. Prices are great. Shipping is very fast. Just wish that Zzounds sold photography equipment and supplies as well.
