I love this cream. Unfortunately. my own fault, I’ve only been using once a day. I didn’t read the instructions properly. I aim to put that right now. Even so my “turkey “ neck is starting to tighten up so in the next few weeks I’m looking forward to a lot more improvement. Thank you. 05/07/2026

I have had a great experience with Zyren, the products and information was perfect. Pricing was reasonable and the communication from the team at Zyren was really nice. In regards to the Tighten and Lift neck cream , I am happy with the results so far and plan to use it going forward . To see an improvement made me smile .

I’m always sceptical about creams that claim to make a difference, but hopeful they will work. I was not disappointed, far from it… very impressed with the difference to my wrinkly neck within the week. I ordered 3 tubs, gave one to a friend who is looking for an effective neck cream.

I ordered the deal of 3 jars. They took several weeks to arrive and when they did, one of the jars was smashed. I have emailed customer services twice and they have not replied. Not a happy customer!

Hi Denise, a smashed jar and two unanswered emails is not something to explain away — you should simply have had a replacement. Reply here or email us with your order number and we will send one out, no photos or forms needed. We are also sorry about the wait on the original delivery; that was longer than it should have been.
