Im 77 and really thought my neck let me down as looked older than my face...just focused on it constantly...but your cream has helped it absolutely look so much better and younger...just ordered 2more jars as takes so long to get to me and dare not run out!
Response from ZyrenSep 14, 2026
Hi there, thank you so much for this — it really means a lot to hear the difference it's made, especially when your neck had been such a constant focus for you. So glad it's helped you feel more like yourself again, and thank you for reordering — we'll make sure those jars are on their way to you soon! 💜

I gave a 'great' for the courtesy of personel responding to mail. But I'm very disappointed you cannot deliver to Italy where I'm staying. Thus, I must find a local replacement. It's a pity. Thanks
Response from ZyrenSep 14, 2026
Hi there, thank you for the kind words about our team, and we're sorry the delivery restriction to Italy meant you weren't able to get the cream while you're there. We understand that's a real inconvenience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback anyway. Thank you.

Seems to be working after three weeks, so going to stay with it

This has definitely improved the appearance of my crepey neck skin. It was starting to get quite bad and whilst it hasn’t gone completely, it is much better. No irritation. I am pleased so far and will keep using.
Response from ZyrenSep 13, 2026
Hi there, thank you for sharing this — really glad to hear it's made a genuine improvement to the crepey skin, and that there's been no irritation along the way. Sounds like it's heading in the right direction, and we're pleased you're planning to keep going. 💜

I have found this product extremely poor. This has not improved my skin look one bit. So disappointed as the reviews were so promising.
Response from ZyrenSep 13, 2026
Hi there, we're truly sorry to hear the cream hasn't given you the results you were hoping for. We also noticed your order was delivered on 14 August, so it's still quite early days — results can vary from person to person, but most people who do see a change notice it between weeks six and ten of consistent use. For best results, the cream should be applied both morning and night — if you're able to email us at [email protected] or [email protected], we'd love to hear how you've been applying it, and whether you've been using it alongside the device too. Please do get back to us if you're still not seeing any change after the full 60 days — we'll honour a full refund at that point, no questions asked.

Zyren Tighten & Lift neck cream is miraculous! I've noticed the difference in just 4 weeks. Definitely recommend.
Response from ZyrenSep 13, 2026
Hi there, thank you for this — 4 weeks is a great point to already be noticing a difference, and we're so glad it's living up to "miraculous" for you! Really appreciate the recommendation. 💜
