Hi Mr. Kokalera, I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience with our API Hub left a bad impression. When you subscribe to an API with a 7-Day Free Trial, the subscription will automatically renew on the 7th day unless it is canceled before the trial ends. This works the same way as on most platforms that offer free trials. In your case, the subscription was not canceled in time through the website, and the system proceeded with the billing as expected. When you reached out a few months later, informing us that the subscription was still being charged, we explained the cancellation process and even offered a refund for the last billed month. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, which led to another charge. We believe this review is somewhat unfair, considering that all terms are clearly stated on the website and that we made every effort from our Customer Success team to help resolve the issue. All APIs that offer a 7-Day Free Trial clearly state that the subscription will automatically begin on the seventh day unless canceled before the trial period ends.
