Hi, Thank you for taking the time to provide honest feedback! I’d be happy to help answer your question. We are required to follow a multitude of state and federal requirements when you apply for a loan. In your state, spousal approval is needed when you apply for a loan. At this time, in order for ZuntaFi to obtain the spousal approval on the loan application, you need to print the loan application and submit it after your spouse approves. While we understand this process can be frustrating, I hope you take comfort knowing you are working with a company that takes compliance seriously.
