The response to my warranty claim for my frother was lightning fast and accommodating. I received not only a replacement but also a free extra frother as a gift. Such customer service is unparalleled.

I love this frother!! It’s perfect in size and usability, and you can’t beat the price. The company went above and beyond when mine was having some glitches and not turning on. They communicated well and prompt! You won’t be disappointed!!

The customer service agent was so helpful and sent a replacement for my product that was not working correctly. The replacement is just perfect. What a great, responsive company!

Quality products & competitive pricing.

Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I contacted them about my issue. They replaced the item and sent me a gift, too!

The frothers I’ve had have worked great for years and when I had an issue with o e I bought recently, their response was quick and very cordial. I will definitely buy again from Zulus.

I filed a warranty claim and the company sent a replacement and a second frother for free. The warranty claims lifetime and so far they have honored it. They also included a hand written thank you card.

Had an issue with a whisk, and called the number on the device. I real human picked up, replaced the whisk no questions asked and added a second whisk as a thank you. Great customer service. I will definitely buy other products from this company.
