The customer service is horrible. Request a Return Label for refund and was told to display a picture of the product I purchased. The purchase item was much early within 30 days. The return policy indicates, no questions ask return period if the product does not satisfy their needs. However, I had informed them of the reason I was unsatisfied and asked to speak with the Manager. They stated a Manager would call me regarding the Return Label and he never returned the call. It is now 3 days and have not heard from the Manager.

I purchased a Zulay Kitchen milk frother that turned itself on when the battery cover was snapped onto the frother. You could not turn it off unless you removed the cover and dislodged the batteries. The box states a LIFETIME WARRANTY so I emailed a replacement request and received a reply to send a photo, which I did. Then Zulay Kitchen emailed saying their warranty only applied to items bought from specific vendors WHICH IS NOT SHOWN ON THEIR PACKAGING.They did not honor their warranty on a brand new product and sent me a "sorry, not sorry" response. Stay away from this unethical company!

Zulay does NOT honor their "Lifetime Warranty". I purchased 2 can openers and neither work now. I purchased them from Target who at the time was a Zulay "supported marketplace". Target is now longer a "supported marketplace" and because of this Zulay will not honor the warranty.

I placed an order based on a friend's recommendation about the product and customer service. I received an order confirmation. The next day I received a 'thank you' for my order, and a gift. 3 days after that I received an email saying my order has been cancelled, with no explanation. I tried the chat feature to ask why. It said I could wait or if I closed the chat I would receive an email . I never closed the chat and never received a chat answer. I did receive an email saying 'it looks like it's out of stock'- not very definitive. Very poor communication and poor practice to cancel with no explanation-4 days after the order was placed. I am very disappointed after my friend's exceedingly complimentary approval.

Life time warranty on my frother and when I got in touch saying it doesn’t work all the time they said because I bought it from another retailer they can’t honour the lifetime warranty, never said anything when I registered and I sent photo evidence where I bought it from

Offer you a lifetime guarantee you try and take up that offer of the guarantee as the whisky is not working and they don’t honour this! I’ve emailed proof of purchase 4 times and they keep emailing back ignoring the proof and asking me to change the battery not very helpful at all. I don’t want to purchase another as I feel I should have the lifetime guarantee!
