One of the large grater plates ( my favorite….) slip slipped in the dishwasher and melted. I was able to order a new pair and quickly have my set back in order!!!

When it suddenly stopped working one day, I contacted the company through their customer service chat, although I thought it was just worn out from my daily use. They responded very quickly to my inquiry, gave me some troubleshooting suggestions, which I did without luck - and after that promptly told me that they would gladly replace the product, which has a lifetime guarantee. I was surprised how quickly their responses were to my messages and how professionally everything was handled. I will definitely be purchasing more items from this company as I am very happy with the quality of the items, and how they stand behind their products. Their customer service is exemplary!

I've been using the frother for over a year before it stop working. After reaching out to Zulay customer service they were able to send me a replacement free of charge except for shipping which was fair for the price of the item and warranty. Awesome customer support and warranty.

Top notch customer service! Emailed on a Sunday evening re: my frother that stopped working. Bought myself the milk frother at Xmas to go with my Brewdini. I wasn't expecting much to be honest, and I was expecting to have to replace the batteries a lot, based on some of the reviews I'd read, so bought myself a charger and rechargeable batteries to go with it. The milk frother arrived fast and I love the little stand it comes with. It's super powerful and only takes a few seconds to froth the milk. For once all the claims on the website are correct, and I've been using it daily for months now, because it makes such a difference, using the original batteries, so I've never yet had to use the rechargeable ones. I needed to ask a question before buying and found customer services really helpful. I also like the background behind the company and the lifetime warranty, which I have confidence in.
