Excellent customer service, and excellent product

Customer service is amazing. My frother broke and they very quickly sent a replacement!

I had trouble with my milk froth so I emailed the company. They responded very quickly and gave me troubleshooting things to try. When nothing worked they sent me a new froth. Customer service is wonderful and I love the product. Thank you very much.!
