Milk frother with excellent results when making milk foam for delicious lattes. Lifetime warranty can’t be beat.

My frother stopped working so I contacted the company. They were extremely helpful and kind. They quickly replaced the product. I’m extremely happy and will continue to buy their products. Thank you!

Frother replaced under warranty, despite trans-border shipping it did arrive in due course. Back to making gravy just like before. Happy Camper.

Zulay is a wonderful company who cares so much about their customers! We love our "whipper" and use it every day. When we had an issue, they immediately responded and took care of it. Very happy with my experience with Zulay!

We had a slight issue with our frother and reached out to the company. They immediately contacted us and sent us not one but two replacements! We received both frothers and a very sweet hand written note. It's the small things that make a big difference! We will be telling everyone to support this company. They are amazing and the frothers work awesome! Thank you!

Customer service was actively engaged in providing stellar service, no equivocation or quibbling. The company was diligent about recognizing my needs and responding promptly. They replaced a non-working item with not one but two of that item and an additional stand accessory. Far and away best customer service for an excellent product that works as expected.

After more than six years, my Zulay Kitchen milk frother stopped working. I wrote to the company and asked if it was covered under the lifetime warranty. I was delighted to find out that it was and they cheerfully replaced it. This is a family owned company and they stand behind their products like no other company I’ve ever encountered! I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company because of their work ethic and responsive team.

Prompt and courteous.
