Very bad service

I have been looking for medical masks for a while as they are sold out everywhere.There are some listed on Amazon and eBay but mostly are from new sellers with no history and I have to wait weeks to receive them. Got recommended by a friend to this site and ordered some medical masks three days ago. They arrived today! They came in a Fedex envelope shipped directly from factory. The masks are awesome and they even included copies of test certificates in the package so that I know it is the real deal. Two thumbs up!

This company (OUTFIT) has a colorful and inviting website. Don’t be fooled!! Their promptness and follow-up is nonexistent they have ignored every mail I send them and phone calls in regards to orders are not answered. I ordered an item with 2 to 4 day response time. They did not respond to any of my inquiries after 8 days until I initiated a complaint with PayPal. It looks and feels like that they sit on ones monies as long as possible, collecting interest and very reluctantly refund the monies when pushed into a corner. I am convinced that I would still be sending unanswered email messages had I paid them directly with my credit card.

Poor customer service. I returned my order over a month ago. Have yet to receive a refund have left several emails and phone calls. No response from this company. This was my first time using Zukit and will be the last. This company is a scam!!

Fabulous deals. Two orders done and look forward to many more.
