Product was supposed to arrive in a few days. It didn't arrive for weeks.

WORST ever! Do not order anything from this company. I needed to return my items and after emailing them, got an email reply one month later that my items had shipped!!!! BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

this is my second post about this company, Zukit.com. I sent my return back to them, it was received (per tracking). It's been four months I still have not gotten my refund. I have sent email after emails and filed complaints on multiple social media platforms.

Purchased a swing set. It was here very quickly and besides the box being beat up all was great. Its heavy though so of course the box was a little damaged.

Would not use Zukit site on a bet!!! Worst customer service EVER!! Ordered from them, didn't received my order but did get email stating order was filled (wasn't and was never delivered). Emailed this customer service 3 times and although it tells you someone will respond no one ever does. I'm over it. They're OUT! Never will use again and I will make sure everyone I come into contact with knows of my experience.

Money was taking out my account but yet have not recieved my sons bike item 333382609162665 and does not say cancel.i keep emailing and trying to contact but yet no response this is a scam

0 Star Rating The people that run this company are CROOKS!!!! I ordered in the middle of May. They took money out of my account. Days later my order was cancelled (No reason given). I’ve called, emailed, tried to engage in a chat multiple times. And nothing. They still have not returned my $$$ into my account. I will be taking further action. This is a scam!!

O star for me my husband made an pool order on May 27, 2020 and when he went to check on the zukit cite where he ordered from his money was still stand by like to be process, so he emailed them send them chats about an update on his order and nothing so he sends them an email and a chat to refund his money back and nothing, so know we are going to take this further down stop playing with peoples money scammers
