Product was supposed to arrive in a few days. It didn't arrive for weeks.

While I haven't managed to find time to put this together I will say that the shipper they used arrived early. Normally that would be a good thing but I had to take off of work. Thankfully I had workers at the house to sign for the package. They repeatedly told the driver that it needed to go inside because it was raining and offered to help. He dropped it- yes dropped it- halfway off the slab of my driveway in the pouring rain outside of our time window. I am hoping that in the time it was in the rain so the guys could contact me about the issue it didn't get damaged.

I ordered a treadmill that is fulfilled by Walmart.com in order to save a few more bucks. I started having second thoughts, but let the order remain. A few days later, I received an email that the treadmill was shipped with a Pilot tracking number. All weekend, Pilot showed no such number. On Monday...No number, so I called Pilot. No number; no deliveries to my zip code. I can't contact Walmart because I don't have a Walmart order number. So, I write to Zukit. 24 hours later...no response even though they say they try to respond within 12 hours. So, I call their number. Nobody answers and they say it's only for non-order related questions. I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever know. Some reviews talk about the great customer service. I haven't seen it. DEFINITELY will not use Zukit again. Glad I didn't pay to join.
