I received the shipping details after 5 days of placing the order. Before that, I tried to call but no one ever was available to respond. The only good thing was when the order arrived it was packaged properly and nothing was broken since I ordered fragile items.

Hi just wanted to update my review. I was worried about this site after they sent me a tracking number that was not updated for 24 hours. But I did email them and they explained that sometimes this happens. So later that day I was able to track my package! I ordered Urban Decay AllNighter on a Sunday . It said expected delivery day Friday . Then Wednesday morning I got an email saying I'd have my package today on Wednesday!!!I was hhappy as heck! Got my package at 3pm . So this was a GREAT DEAL! First off I ordered the UD spray through Beauty.com & used Zukit for delivery.I thought this was the price o got ...But aafter I got the package & seen the paperwork I realized I paid regular price cuz the fine print says during possessing they can charge an extra 1% which equal to regular price. They make u believe u r getting a discount for using Zukit when u aren't! got the spray for 28.00 which it's usually 30.00 5.99 delivery & it took 3 days! I should have used my regular method. At least with them I Dont need to worry about fine print and getting tricked . But u will get what u ordered in a timely fashion.

Since the discount for your order was provided by us and not Beauty.com, the packing slip from the Beauty.com showed the item price before the discount. You can verify with your credit card company that the actual charge for your order had the discount and was not the pre-discount price on the packing slip.
