I have ordered many times and cannot hype the uniqueness and quality of the products enough. My most recent lost package was successfully located by the Zudo Team who not only monitored its movement but also kept me updated every single day. I am super excited for this company. MaShaAllah. Thank you all. Thank you also for making beautifyl minimalist jewelry.

Awful experience. Kept receiving emails with discount codes that were never honoured. After trying again with their last email, I attempted to purchase two rings that I loved. They were $12.99 each. I added them to my cart and directed to check out, the value was $21.00.

Hello Miriam, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the pricing and discount code during our recent sale. We want to clarify that our prices are listed in USD, and the system automatically converts them to your local currency (CAD) based on the current exchange rate. We apologize if this caused any confusion. Regarding the discount code, it's our standard policy that they are typically inactive during sale periods. However, we value your feedback and would like to offer you a special discount as a gesture of goodwill. We have been trying to reach out to you also by email, but we have not been able to get in touch, please reply to our message, and we'll be happy to assist you further. Best, ZUDO Team

Zudo created a beautiful custom-made necklace for me. It was a piece of art our son had drawn and it was perfectly recreated into a pendant. My wife says it was the best anniversary gift she's ever received.

Zudo I can't thank you enough for the amazing customer service even after a year of my purchase. I bought a bundle of 3 necklaces and a name-customized necklace. A year later they are still stunning I wear them all the time. I'm truly amazed at how amazing the Quality of the jewelry is and how durable. Ladies and Gents I highly recommend Zudo jewelry.
