I ordered a silver name necklace and I had to change it last minute. I emailed them and they updated my order and had it replaced with gold. Their prompt response is what grabbed my attention. They absolutely responded to my email with any questions I had right away or within 24 hours and I appreciate that service Top-notch service. I highly recommend their jewelry talk about the jewelry. My oldest piece is from 2021 and it looks exactly the same, so you know it's good quality. My wall art is one of my most favorite home decor pieces.
