Legit the worse service. You have to schedule days in advance. You reconfirm the night before. (All expected) On their side: They dont give an estimated arrival, are always 20+ late or often times dont even show. It usually takes multiple calls to customer service to even get help. I worked for Z trip since December, there rates went up to $100 a day for renting a car, they give you no time pay, no off days. I got in a wreck and it's wasn't my fault. I called them today for a ride home after two hours I was so upset. I called 4 or 5 times I keep being told 22 minutes so the last time the could not ever find the driver. He would not answer his phone nothing. I am still up set over this and to treated this way is so wrong. The second driver was kind and caring and very helpful. He was great. I am not done with this

If you want to figure out on how to get to the airport at 3:45 am, I suggest to book with Z trip. I contacted them three times prior to the departure date and was assured the driver would be there on time. The morning of the flight all I could get on the phone was the automated answering service telling me the driver wasn’t assigned, but they knew I was waiting and they would send a driver when they found one - Z trip never again.
