I had a ride from z trip to pick me up on trinity line between 12 and 1230. When he pick me up, he said his machine did not have my address, he had to call dispatch. He went on to say he saw it there my address ,but its not there now he called dispatch , confirmed that I was the right person he picked up, but he had to pick up another lady too. I told him I had trouble with my back and my back was hurting from sitting , he ignored what I said then he drove the pick up lady was in goodlessville, He picked up the lady in goodlessville, and then he dropped her off at another location.Then he took me home it took me an extra 45 minutes to get Home.That is y if I could gave zZTripp rate them a zero this is the worst ride ever in pain. The first time I rode with the zztripp, they left me at Kroger with all my groceries and did not give me a return ride like I request a return ride from krogers did not come back to pick me up.

Should be a zero. Made an appointment for a wheelchair van pickup a week ago. Confirmed same day. NO SHOW. Said they were waiting for an available driver. Made other arrangements. Checked back 2.5 hours later said they were waiting on an available driver. WTF

We picked up a zTrip car at the airport - it was the next "taxi" inline and turned out to a be a zTrip driver. Had no idea what it was, but assumed it was just a taxi. Well, the driver didn't listen or understand us - missed out drop off point and we helped him get to it, but just stopped houses away and we said, "fine" because it was late and we wanted to get home. Then, he was surprised we wanted to use a credit card - he didn't know how the credit card equipment worked. We finally figured it out. Honestly - clueless. Never interested to try this shoddy service again.

Z Trip is an amazing taxi service they specialize in whatever services that are needed for you or your family. I had a great time with my experience using z trip for the very first time,while, going to the Jacksonville Carnival Cruise port. Mr. Elvis & Mr. Byron made exceptional & supeurb arrangements fot me and my family, regarding our flight delay due to weather conditions. I would really recommend anyone to use Z trip Taxi service if you're traveling to the Jacksonville area, and they will also deliver you to your door step if you have any flight issues 😊. I will always use Z trip when traveling to the Jacksonville area!!

Too many times they said my journey was completed but I was never picked up, then I had to call back and reschedule

Very bad they reported me to the police for trespassing while I was on the phone with their dispatcher trying to get a ride that was booked wrong fixed m Complaints just get passed to call centers.The corporate company is called WHC they give you an email of social@ztrip but that's not corporate either. When I make reservations for 3:40, I don't mean for you to start looking for a driver at 4:00. You almost made me miss a plane!

You really need to have drivers who are courteous and obey the law. One of these characters jammed his way into my lane from his right in the middle of the intersection of Markham and Fair Park. A rude and dangerous driver does your company no good.
