Worst customer service from this Zo Health online company. They have horrible representative that are rude and could care less if you even received your items. During the free gift with purchase events, they would not include the free gift and could care less if you received it, claiming they are sold out. Their products are not well balanced in ingredients and I have had reactions to their sunscreens that are heavy in preservatives. They could care less when I have reached out to customer service with the information and make no effort at researching the issue. I am going back to my lancome regimen and clinique sunscreens, love the service from both clinique and lancome, very classy and they stand by their products, unlike ZO.

After having a facial at a registered skin clinic the practitioner recommended I start the Zo normalising routine. Which in fact did the opposite. My skin was the best it’s ever been before starting the programme and the lady who recommended it said I would benefit from using it as it would keep my skin youthful, the deeper layers of skin healthy and hydrated etc. After the first month my skin was awful, painful and I had full blown acne. Completely the opposite to why you would start the programme. I was hoping to feel more confident without make up and to get rid of the slight redness rosacea around my nose. 4 months on, my acne was still as angry as ever and I’ve had to stop using it. It was extremely expensive and so frustrating that it hasn’t worked for my skin. However, after reading other reviews… it seems I’m not the only persons to be suffering

Used zo skin for acne for six months, at the beginning I had a total rush on my face, after that it went a little bit better for a month and then it got worse again for other 4 months, I had to quit and my skin started to get better again once I stopped; I have been to my dermatologist two times meanwhile since my skin was getting worse and she told me to use it just once per day but it didn’t get better; I feel doctors just prescribe it cause they get some fee or something, totally not worth it, just hype

I recently purchased the retinol skin brightener 1% from the brand Zo Skin Health and I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the experience I had. The experience has been nothing short of distressing and has left me with severe adverse effects on my skin (pictures attached). They assured me that using the product daily, in small amounts, would be beneficial without providing any warning about potential skin sensitivity or adverse reactions. As a consumer, I relied on the expertise and professionalism of this establishment, expecting to receive reliable advice and high-quality products that would enhance my skincare routine, not harm it! To my dismay, shortly after starting the use of the product, I began experiencing a severe reaction on my skin (severe dryness and redness turned into an open wound and rashes appeared on my entire body). The adverse effects persisted for an extended period of approximately two months, causing significant discomfort and distress. Despite this lengthy period, the spots on my skin have not fully faded, which is deeply concerning to me. It is crucial to prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, as these are fundamental aspects of any reputable establishment. My miserable experience of using this product left me with no choice but to share my unfortunate experience with the public and explore other avenues to seek appropriate recourse.

Whatever you do, do not order from them online -- their customer service is one of the worst I've encountered, bad enough that I won't buy anything from ZO again. I decided to make my first purchase from ZO online over a month ago. When placing my order, Apple Pay autofilled an old NYC address for me (I've been living in CA since 2016.) I e-mailed customer service within 2 minutes of placing the order to let them know about the error and to ask if they could please update to my new address. ZO informed me that they are unable to make changes to an order once it's placed, but told me (incorrectly) that I could update the address myself by contacting FedEx. I spoke with a FedEx rep, and only the shipper can change the destination address. I let ZO know, and they asked me if there was someone in New York who could pick up the package for me. I called Fed Ex again, and this isn't possible. That person retrieving the package would need a government-issued ID with an address I haven't lived at for 7 years on it. The package has now been sitting for almost a month in NYC waiting for pickup, which I am powerless to do, and ZO refuses to take 2 minutes to call FedEx and ask them to return the package to them so I can get my 188 dollars back. So yeah, if you want to be out nearly 200 bucks for overpriced skincare and given incorrect information repeatedly with no accountability, then knock yourself out.

I have used several of their products and liked them. The place where I get my facials and buy the products recommended their Growth Factor. The minute I opened it, I started to get an asthma attack (it has a floral or sweet scent). The rep said I had to put some on and have a reaction and take pics or they wouldn’t swap it out for something I use. I will no longer buy their products. They obviously don’t need customers and there are lots of choices .

I love the products. Bought originally from a practitioner but have since found cheaper on eBay. My skin has never felt better, though my pocket is complaining! :-)
