SECURITY RISK: Platform Protects Imposters
I am a victim of identity theft on this app. Someone created a fake wedding website using my full name and private photos, and Zola refuses to remove it. I have contacted them 8 times. Their support is incompetent—they told me they can’t delete the fake page because it would be a "privacy violation" for the scammer. They are literally prioritizing a fraudster’s privacy over a victim’s safety. Zola’s "security" protocol is to ask the victim to log into the scammer's account to prove it's fraud. Absolute joke.
