Don't buy from them. Here's what they do: 1. They sell poor quality items (but charge a premium for them) -- mine was $600 and broke within hours. 2. They say no refunds as it is stated in their policy. But they will happily charge you a fee and shipping to have it fixed. 3. Item breaks again and they repeat Step 2. I know policies exist to draw the line and make the rules clear. But most businesses also seek to correct if their product does not deliver what it is meant to, even if it goes against their policy. But not Zoe Lev. If you reach out, they will say "it's our policy" and they never go beyond that. Every time. They don't ask how it happened or act surprised it broke immediately. It's just "no refunds". If you ask them, their way of making it right is to charge the customer a repair fee (plus shipping) every time it happens. They know their product is poor quality, and if they made exceptions they would have no sales because everyone would be seeking a refund. So they sell you poor quality items and just say "no refunds" to everyone, no matter what the situation is. I hope someone reads this before deciding to buy from them and falling into their trap and feeding into a business that has no honor or care about their product and customers.

NOT REAL GOLD! BEAWARE . I paid for a “solid gold 14k” bead bracelet $325 dlls. The bracelet is hollow and not even 0.1 grams. Lighter than a golden plated even. Requested a return but they have hidden “final sale” and “no return policies” which according to them can’t accept the return. Filing a complaint in the BBB as well as requesting the FTC to list it as a fraudulent business .

Poor quality and terrible customer service. My necklace broke within 24 hours and they won’t refund me. The team just stopped responding! Do not recommend wasting your money or time.

They say their jewelry is "delicate" and that is true as it breaks very easily. Bought some what I thought were nice (and rather expensive) earrings in December, by May (6 months), the posts broke and they blamed me for assuming harsh wear. They wanted me to mail in the jewelry before they would make any commitment. I treat these as earrings, I do not sleep in them nor treat in any sort of harsh way yet they broke very quickly like you would expect from a low-end discount retail company. DO NOT BUY

What a total rip off! I decided to return a charm that I bought from Zoe Lev because it looked nothing like the photos on their website. This company requires you to pay for the return shipping (fine) and then “as per their policy”, they also keep 8% of what the item cost. So, when it was all said and done, I spent $70 on nothing. This company is a total racket! They make money off of misrepresenting their jewelry in their photos and then if you decide you don’t want the item, they make money off of you anyway. This was the biggest waste of my time and money. I’ll never buy from Zoe Lev ever again.

The stone in my ring cracked within a year. Stones do not crack unless they are poor quality. My ring was hardly worn, and never abused. They wanted to charge me $280+ to replace the inferior stone at my expense. I would suggest spending your money with a different designer. Their items are overpriced and low quality and they do not stand behind what they sell.

TERRIBLE COMPANY with HORRENDOUS customer service and GARBAGE jewelry. They sell expensive junk and do not stand behind their products. I have NEVER left a bad review for any company. Who has the time. But this company is CRIMINAL! there are so many similar and higher quality companies.
