Ordered a toy car as seen on Facebook ad. £36.86 payment for purchase which never arrived. Email from company said that the order had been dispatched. Over one month later still no delivery or response from my 2nd email to them. Case is in dispute with the bank.

Doesn’t even get one star, same as the review before order makeup calendars in October and did not receive. Phoned my bank and told they are fraudsters. Don’t get pulled in to Facebook ads

I saw a beautiful Xmas tree ad in Facebook and made a purchase the never send a tracking number I tried contacting the website is was a Waite of time so I just reported to my credit card company to see if Iam able to get my $49.99 back to my account. I should have known better 😡

Same as everybody else, order a xmas make up advent in october, contacted them a wk later to ask if it had been despatched. They sent me a tracking number that is showing deliverey to the other end of the country. After contacting them again to tell them that wasnt my address , they sent me a screen shot of the delivery, i messaged again asking for a tracking number for my address or a refund and now they have ignorned my emails, please dont get scammed stay away for this company

Scammers. I paid for a set of pots & pants, received a payment confirmation only and after that no contact nor status of the shipment. I guess like all others, I lost my money. I have reported them here in the USA.

I placed an order on 10-16. I have not received my order. $49.99 down the drain. Lesson learned. No contact from the company.
