Scammer, using Facebook ads with fake reviews 😑

i ordered a xmas tree they said it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days havent got it or anything no tracking number what can i do to get my money back can anyone please help me thank you

I paid for my purchase and the company had promised delivery again and again and so far I have not received any. This company is registered in Singapore so I am going back to Singapore and report them. Please let all the people who had been scammed know about it. They advertised on Facebook and placed many advertisements purportedly coming from different companies but I am sure they are all the same. I got the same story with Focus Novelty registered in UK. My credit card refunded me the money. Anyone advertised on Facebook - be careful. Not all are genuine.

The same thing happened to me. I paid for 2 luggage and never received them. Please don't buy anything from them. They are scammers.

Ordered luggage from an ad on Facebook…..contacted them by email and was promised tracking. But did not receive. To date have not received reply to email, tracking info or even the luggage….this is a scam …hoping my credit card company can help with this fraud.

BEWARE BEWARE I Placed my order and made my payment in good faith. I have not recieved my product. be careful these guys are RIP offs and scam artist. Steal your money and never send goods. BEWARE

Bought on Facebook. received receipt for item by email..Won't reply to emails. Item never received..🤬

Got scammed for £89.68 for 3x kids wheel cart toys raised the dispute as fraud via bank there are multiple adverts for these on Facebook be carful!!
