Disgusting company not replying to my emails stole my money

Unfortunately I'm facing the same problem. Waiting so long for my mattress but I haven't received anything yet. So disappointed 😞

I have a charge on my credit card statement for $47.99 and have received nothing. It was posted on 11/1/2022. It is now 11/25/22 and I have not received my order. I will report this to my credit card company to have them contact your company to get this taken care of.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered a Christmas tree nearly 50 pounds and received no tracking number , had zero contact from them , no response from emails JUST TOOK MY MONEY THEN IGNORED WITH NOTHING DELIVERED!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM !!DO NOT ORDER

Yep, I fell for it as well. Ordered two suitcases via a Facebook advert (yes, I know... mug), received confirmation email for payment taken on my Amex from their payment handler (Stripe), told a ten day delivery. Nothing received, no tracking details. Went to company website, all it shows is Christmas lights, no suitcases. Raised a dispute via Amex, awaiting funds back. Note to self.... DO NOT ORDER STUFF ON FACEBOOK you muppet!!!

This is a scam ordered a Christmas tree, they took my money never received an email confirmation, do not order from this lesson learned.

My experience is just like everyone else. I had made a purchase on Facebook for an ice maker it was going to be a Christmas gift for my daughter $ 39.99 gone total scam. There were quick to take the money out of the bank and the bank can't help get it back so Merry Christmas to you you scammers. 😡
