Excellent customer service

The product is nowhere near what I saw at the website.

Fast delivery, product is well packed!

Still not received the doll, how about a refund.

What a remarkable doll! Amazing and has brought such joy to my like simply being around her. I love her so much that I purchased 2 more just like her! (Just for fun!) I Love You People! V V N

Doing business was ok but pretty similar like UPS they never informed me about package status either so they should have informed that package has been sent for example so then I know who is the next responsible of the package and I would also know what to do next. Customer service is alright but sometimes they never reply but luckily at the end they did. The item quality is ok but not great. I give 3/5 at the end so it is fine but there is room for improvement.

On the plus side, the product is an original one and not a knockoff. Also, regarding the price you wont find lower than that on AIBEI original products. On the downside, the before and after sales support is a total mess. Their policies about returns were sketchy and they changed it after i insisted that its illegal to not be able to return a customized product if it comes defective. On the bright side while it was sad that the doll came with one wrong specification, we reached a fair compromise. But that took too many days and too much back and forth where half of the customer support agents i had to contact were not effective. Overall, i would give them 3.5/5 stars because the product was totally value for money.

Online purchasing is a nightmare. Customer service is of little to no assistance. Potentially a scam
