Doll ordered over a month ago, 2 emails sent a week and 2 weeks ago. No response. No communication. They responded to this review, and yet many days later they still don't respond to an email. This is insane.

Placed my order at the end of December, paid for upgraded shipping, got responses from the ZLoveDoll customer neglect team only after threatening to cancel my order. I was given excuses and "explanations" but the straw that broke the 'middle-aged man's back' was when they claimed to have shipped the order out, yet 5 days later they gave me a tracking link that linked to a blank screen, then they provided a FedEx shipping tracking number that informed me that 'a shipping label had been created'. Oh, boy! 5 days for a shipping label! And I waited like a schmuck for three weeks for a doll that was never shipped to me. The odd thing is I used them in the past for an in-stock doll and had a good experience. But this was one of those 'ZLoveDoll couldn't find their ass with both hands' order.

I bought a FireDoll that matched the description on the website. The contact and processing were good until the doll arrived. However, within the first week, the hands completely disintegrated. I have not received a reply from the ZLovedoll store since I contacted them. After a month, the back spine broke completely, rendering the doll impossible to use. I have sent complaints to both the store and the manufacturer. To this day, I have received no response or update on the case. This is very disappointing, especially since everything seemed so positive from the outset. However, it's not worth it when there's absolutely no support at all. I cannot recommend this store or brand to anyone looking for quality, long-lasting products with good customer service.

It's been over three (3) months since I placed an order and all I get are excuses for why my order is delayed. At this point I would like a refund but of course that is not going to happen. This is not my first time placing this sort of order from other companies. This is the worst treatment that I have received from any company of this kind. Whether or I ever receive my order needless to say I will never do business with them again. I finally received the doll after almost 14 weeks. Unfortunately the doll was damaged in transit and all the electronic chargers and heating are missing. There are no instructions whatsoever. Now this company wants me to give the doll to ups so they can investigate. This is the worst company to do business with. Lesson learned. When this company says "affordable " it means that you're going to get screwed. Buyer beware. It's been 4 months since my last review, and recently this company reached out to me offering a real cheap, no options replacement doll at no charge. Real cheap as in a quarter of what I paid for the original one. They want me to remove this review. I paid good money for the order and that doll is trash.

You don't give much options on your website . When it comes to purchasing different options you want for your doll. Your browser threw me off , when I was trying to choose evo skeleton option. Your doll options for body parts is very confusing 😕. And where is a 1-800 number for any questions 🤔?.

I paid extra for expedited shipping in 5 to 7 days but it has been 7 days and I have not even received notice that my order has been processed. I have been unable to send emails to the company and they do not answer the phone. I am very anxious that I have been ripped off. The company has not contacted me yet.

No tracking number or anyway to see my order and bo communication

The product is nowhere near what I saw at the website.
