Good service, beautiful doll, but verify specs.
Service was exceptional. Questions were answered quickly, accurately, and politely and Lily was patient with me. The doll is beautiful and exotic. The eyes, hands, and breasts are particularly well done. I would have given it 5 starts if my doll hadn't been delivered 30% heavier than the weight stated on the site. If weight is important to you, verify the doll's weight before placing your order. The manufacturer never offered to fix the problem. Also, you may prefer a TPE model, they're softer, more flexible, and cheaper. Update, over a month later they are still grossly misclaiming how much they can reduce a doll's weight and their current price is misleading, so I've reduced them to three stars.
