Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.. We would like to clarify that our watches are custom-built timepieces inspired by classic designs, assembled using Seiko-compatible movements (such as NH35/NH34), which are widely recognized in the watch community for their reliability and performance. We do not market our products as official Seiko watches, but rather as custom modifications built with compatible components. Regarding your concerns about quality and origin, all of our watches are carefully assembled, tested, and quality-checked before shipment. We also stand behind our products with a 180-day international warranty, and we always aim to support our customers in case of any issues. We’re sorry if this was not clearly communicated or aligned with your expectations. That is never our intention. If you are experiencing any specific issue with your watch, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can assist you personally and find a suitable solution. Kind regards, Ellie Zjani-Mods.

First of all, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience — we completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the watches were meant as a special gift for your sons. We would really like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. It is very unusual for both straps to break within such a short time, and this is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. Could you please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue? Once we receive that, we will review it immediately and provide an appropriate solution for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to make this right for you.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify the situation. After your initial report, we promptly sent a replacement watch, which was fully tested before dispatch to ensure it met our quality standards. In cases like this, water entering a watch is most commonly caused by the crown not being properly fastened. This applies to any watch, regardless of brand or price range. If the crown is not securely screwed down, water can enter the case, especially during activities such as swimming. Despite this, we still issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill to resolve the matter for you. We always aim to handle situations fairly and professionally, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address this.
