Some issues with the initial quality but both resolved by Zjani Mods after emailing.
I bought two watches for my sons. I thought that they would be a nice entry level luxury watch for them. I bought them well in advance of Christmas. For some reason because I bought them both together, Zjani decided to jam both watches into one cheap plastic box. This meant that I had to buy two boxes to put them in for the Christmas present. A few weeks later when I presented them to the boys for Christmas, they were both ecstatic to see that they had similar watches to their dad, despite the very basic mechanisms, but imagine their disappointment when both straps broke within 24 hours. I spent almost £1000. I was so excited to give them to the boys. When they broke. I just felt empty. I now have the problem of trying to find someone to fix these cheap straps, and hope that nothing else off them. Save your money. By a Seiko. I AM EMAILING ZJANI MODS TODAY, AS THEY HAVE REQUESTED IN THEIR RESPONSE BELOW. I WILL FURTHER UPDATE WITH THE OUTCOME. Zjani Mods have now sent new straps for both watches, which have fitted and seemed to be in full working order. The boys are very happy with their presents, and I am happy with the after sales service. Obviously, it would've been better if both watchers had been received in full working order.
