In terms of returns, our policy requires items to be returned in original, unused condition, which is standard for hygiene and resale reasons. We have checked your order and can confirm that the shipment was prepared and tracking numbers were generated. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately because the parcel is first transported locally before being handed over to carriers like USPS or FedEx, which can cause delays in visible scans. That said, a delay of this length is not the experience we aim to provide. We are currently re-investigating this with our logistics team. If the parcel is confirmed lost or not progressing, we will of course offer a replacement or full refund in line with our policy.
