3 stars for prompt communication but if I could I would give them 0 stars for their business model I would. After seeing the same watch promoted at different prices on their own website as well as add on after sale promotions . I decided to investigate the company more thoroughly. I then requested to cancel my order and was told that they would charge me a $15 cancellation fee or they even offered to further discount the watch. Buyer beware I question whether or not if it’s actual Seiko product.
