ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

Ziprent is THE go-to professional property management company if you are searching for one. We've been living outside of the country just prior to COVID. With the pandemic & all of the uncertainties during, Ziprent helped us find qualifying tenants and secured long term stable leases. Look no further!

Ziprent team kept me updated on actions / status update. They monitored leads / application and compared with average data to provide recommendation on my lease price update, the lead time of finding next tenants was reduced. They also did good job to track the prior tenant moving out process.

This was the first time I ever rented a property entirely online and I have to say, it was very easy. The whole rental process was very smooth and problem free!

Moving is always stressful and we were able to get the place because of your quick response. Everything went smooth and now all we have to do now is to move to our new place. Thank you for your assistance.

The online experience was great! It was easy to complete and schedule a viewing as well as the rental application! Very simple to use and streamlined.

Ziprent made the process to rent my first house SO smooth and easy. I was able to easily contact a representative for help, and I locked in a beautiful home in less than 24 hours after I submitted my application. Thank you so much!

Have been using ZipRent for more than 1 year now. Great service, and very responsive. Highly recommend them for both tenant placement and day-to-day management.

I’ve had a great experience with Ziprent. During the process, I was consistently receiving communication about where I was in the process and next steps. I didn’t feel like I was in the unknown during the process. Now, the communication has stayed consistent and their response to my email are polite and timely!
