This is my first time utilizing an all automated/online property manager, but thus far, it's been an incredible experience. I initially toured the property with the current tenants, who were able to give me a good idea and feel of the neighborhood, property management and their overall experience. It seems like an odd idea, current tenants touring prospective tenants, but it's actually invigorating and you get a good sense of what you're getting yourself into. From the moment of leaving the property and being immediately contacted by the leasing manager via text, to the application process being processed expeditiously, to the lease signing....it has been seamless. The customer service is unmatched. Paying the deposit and rent online is quick and easy. This has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
