At first I was hesitant to rent through Ziprent as I've always rented from a traditional property management company with a physical presence or the landlord themselves directly. My experience with Ziprent has been surprisingly pleasant thus far. Their communication methods are streamlined and they communicate primarily through email. If needed, they're available by phone as well. It takes a bit of time getting responses sometimes but overall I feel like things are on track for a smooth move in.

I had a great experience with Ziprent! There communication is clear and prompt, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The Relationship Managers always made sure that they follow up on my requests and the response times are incredibly quick.

Combining their intuitive online portal, streamlined process and outstanding customer service, Ziprent was able to advertise broadly, attract qualified applicants and find my tenants in just one week! All I needed to do was to select my tenants from their “proposed tenants” list after showings and income/credit/background checks all done. I truly got my money’s worth and thanks for keeping me at ease.
