ZiprentReviews of ziprent.com

I recently used ziprent for tenant placement services and am glad I did. They were way cheaper than other brokers and the best part is the transparency you get with them. I can login to their website and view who viewed my listing online, of them how many scheduled an appointment to physically see the property. Also the time they came, when they left. Moreever if any applications are submitted they will run credit and backgrounds checks and they only shortlist guys who qualify. Totally worth it!

Excellent. They made the process of finding a tenant stress feee. Thank you!

Thank you so much for another amazing experience with your tenant placement professional service! Your company helped me with tenant placement in 9/21 for my other rental in suisun ca. Love your people, your system and your process! They scream efficiency and effectiveness! The 360 degree web video on the rental property was outstanding! Follow ups with both potential tenants and me were closely done. Lease review and signing online was convenient and could be done 24/7. I am a true believer and will return to you whenever I have the need for tenant placement! Thank you again and happy holidays!

I'm really happy with the service I got from Ziprent. From touring the apartment to signing the lease, everything went smoothly and efficiently. I took a tour on a Friday and was impressed by how quickly Ziprent got back to me. By Monday, I had signed the lease - it was a great experience! What really stood out to me was how responsive Ziprent was. They usually replied to my questions within 12 hours, even on evenings and weekends. It made me feel like they were really looking out for me throughout the process. Ziprent also did a great job of keeping me in the loop by passing on my questions to the house owner and getting back to me with answers. It gave me peace of mind and helped me make an informed decision about the property. The self-guided tour was also super convenient. Ziprent sent me all the instructions and keys via email, so I could take the tour at my own pace. It was flexible and accommodating, which was great for my schedule.

We know from the bottom of our hearts Ziprent is the best platform for all landlords and tenants looking to rent. It is so efficient and there is always someone there to handhold you every step of the way from enrollment, Listing, On boarding, Leasing To the final stage with the manager. They have the perfect team to guide you from start to finish. The photographers they sent also took amazing pictures that really highlight the best attributes of your home. We feel the founder Arvand has really engineered his company to perfection and maximal efficiency for this fast world that needs asap responses. Thanks to Ziprent, we were able to find a wonderful tenant for our place in 3 days! Highly recommended. There is no doubt this is a company that is designed with its clients in mind.

Great Customer Service!

I've been putting off the inevitable, strictly because of the process involved with finding a new place to lease. Ziprent made this process as smooth and easy as it could be. Their system for viewing properties is exactly how it should be. Never had anyone bothering me, following me around, or asking me over and over if I like the house. I was able to view the home at my pace and take the time I needed to make sure it felt like home. The application process is just as easy, and the communication was excellent. Every single question or concern I had was immediately addressed and replied to. Their online portal made everything accessible and allows you to see every single step as you make your way through the approval process. I highly recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a stress free way of finding your new home to lease.

My wife and I rented a 2-bdrm house in NorCal from Ziprent. A few months into our 1-yr lease, I was transferred and we had to move out of state. I notified Ziprent that we had to move. What unfolded next was a nightmare. I happily showed the property to prospective renters during the last few weeks of our time at the property. But no one was interested. When we moved, all showings stopped. After a week or so, I checked the Ziprent listing for the property and found that when a person tried to book a showing, they received a message saying that no showings were available. Mind you, I’m still paying full rent. I called them to tell them of the problem and they eventually got it fixed. After several more weeks, there were still no renters. I eventually took out an online advertisement and found renters on my own to take over the property. Once the renters that I found signed the lease, Ziprent tried to interpret the CA civil housing code in a way that let them return less of my deposit and keep more money than they were legally allowed to. It was a huge headache for me but I eventually got everything back that was supposed to be returned. Update: After I posted my review, Ziprent reached out to me and made a significant corrective effort to help remedy the problems that I experienced. Because of this, I have updated my review to five stars.
