Zipr MobilityReviews of zipr.com

Your Team Member “ Ron” was a Pleasure to work with in answering all my questions and took the time to wait for me to gather my information in ordering a New Scooter. I will definitely be telling everyone what great customer service you have. I can’t wait for my New Scooter to arrive 🙏

I called to inquire about a mobility scooter. The customer service representative, Ron, was so helpful! He took the time to answer all of my questions and even shared more information that I hadn’t thought about! He assisted helped me select a scooter that met my needs and also helped me to get the right accessories to make using the scooter even more convenient! I would highly recommended this company for their awesome customer service!

I help a friend and his wife. He’s had a stroke…and is partially paralyzed. His wife is from Thailand…not much English. She ordered a Zipr Roo w/4 wheels. When it arrived, it was too heavy, so she declined the delivery. UPS returned the scooter with the exact same shipping label. This was July 2025! They have yet to refund her $599.99…not a penny. They have their correct address and credit card number. They dont answer the phone or return calls, when you leave a number. I believe they flat out lied to the Attorney General of Washington…they said they tried to refund $299.99. Only HALF of the price my friend paid. I know they never even tried. All it would have taken was ONE phone call…but they never bothered. They take advantage of the disabled and elderly. They could care less about stealing..yes stealing money. They’ll do it to you too! They kept the hard earned money of a disabled senior and got that scooter back too. That’s BS. They told the AG’s office that they tried in “good faith” to return 1/2 of the money! How can they even say that…if that was true my friend would have received a check from them at the address Zipr has…which NEVER HAPPENED.

Ron was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and a help. I would recommend him to everyone.

I ordered this scooter April 7, 2026 and it was delivered on the 13th. After assembling, it did not come on. I emailed many times and their replies were send me videos and reinstall the battery which I did numerous times. I asked for a call tag to get it picked up because it didn’t work. I disputed the charges on my credit card and when Capital One contacted them, they gave them false information. They said I never contacted them before disputing the charges and that I never tried to return it. my credit card put the charges back on me and said I had to work with merchant to get it corrected. They stopped responding to my emails once they got their money and I am stuck with a scooter that doesn’t turn on because we found a broke. black wire coming from the battery. They do not honor warranty and tell the customer that if they try to return it there’s a 25% restock fee and the customer has to pay return shipping.

I ordered my Zip'R carbon chair in Jan 26, and it came exactly when they said it would. This chair has truly surpassed my expectations!!! It is super lightweight, sturdy, well made, comfortable and fast!!! My "test" was a two-week cruise at the end of March, and I literally had at least fifteen people stop me and ask me where I got it - such a game changer!! We recently went to San Antonio for the weekend in May, and I was able to go every place everyone else went for the first time - you have no idea how wonderful that is!!! We did have a question for customer service, and they quickly and courteously responded. I will be taking this chair all over the world - and I can GO everywhere because of this chair!!! BEST PURCHASE in YEARS!!!!!

I just got my ZIPR ROO mobility scooter and it has made such a huge difference in my life. I’ve got my independence back. The quality and sleekness of the scooter is unmatched. The price is reasonable as well.

We were very happy with the awesome customer service we experienced. Communication was the key factor!
