He answered all my questions, placed the order for me and I felt confident that I could call with any problems I might have once my scooter arrived. Very knowledgeable about the product, and courteous. Was super easy to order the product. Comes with a 3year warranty. And is arriving within one week of ordering. I live as about as far away from Washington as you can get(Florida).
