OK, Zip Hearing is not the cheapest guy on the block but that is all that I could complain about. They are helpful throughout the process and standby their pledge on returns. I should know, I returned two sets of one brand before settling on another. The other part of their service that I find particularly helpful is the Provider program. Other on-line retailers simply program your aids at their facility and ship directly to you. If you have troubles, and who does not, you will have to solve them via internet. No audiologist to talk with or tune away the gremlin. You are not paying for brick & mortar and advertising expenses and are getting all of the service.

First, their local audiologist partner in the Poughkeepsie, NY area provided excellent customer service, conducting a thorough exam, taking enough time to answer all of my questions and ensuring that I was fitted correctly with the hearing aid. We even left their office briefly to test the hearing aids in a real-life noisy restaurant environment. I had shopped around, going to two other audiologists; neither came close to providing such good service. You get what you pay for. ZIP Hearing saved myself about $1,000 on my pair of hearing aids. Grant was excellent to work with on the phone and answered all of my questions. I did have a lot of questions being this was my first purchase of hearing aids. He was very knowledgeable about the particular hearing aids I purchased. Grant also followed up with a phone call a week after I started to use my hearing aids and asked if I had any problems.. The whole experience went very well and I will recommend others to investigate this way to purchase your hearing aids.

I'm certainly not new to hearing aids, this is my 3rd set of hearing aids, now with that being said, after a lot of research and checking on the internet and being very skeptical of doing business on the internet, being a retired Police Chief after 31 years, I decided to try doing business with Zip Hearing, and all I can say is wow, one of the best decisions I made by far. In closing I would strongly recommend Zip Hearing to anyone, every step of the process was extremely easy.
