Excellent service and very fast. It took only 5 days from first call to wearing my new aids. This is my second time purchasing from ZipHearing and would highly recommended it to anyone.

They could not have been more helpful. After having the hearing aids only a few days, I requested to swap them for a different model. They agreed immediately and I received the new ones in three days even after being told there could be a week delay because of demand for this model. Then Jeff called me a week later to be sure that I was happy and to tell me that I can call any time if I have a problem or a question. Their customer service is absolutely awesome and I really, really enjoyed the entire experience.

In an industry in desperate need of disruption Zip seems to be leading the way. I checked with several local audiologists, which to be honest would have been more convenient, but paying thousands more for the exact same hearing aids (two audeo marvels) just doesn't make sense. Zip was super responsive and answered all of my questions. I vetted some other online stores and found they were not authorized by the manufacturer, but with Zip that was not an issue. I had no issues with the local company they used for the fitting and distribution. Highly recommend.
