I am thrilled with ZipHearing. Everything the website said was accurate. The price shown was the price I paid. The local provider ZipHearing referred me to was great. I knew the Phonak Marvel was what I wanted. I called Grant and bought my set just a few days before my visit hoping they would be there waiting for me. Sure enough they were there! I asked my audiologist if she liked working with ZipHearing. She had nothing but positive things to say about her experiences with them. They are a good group of folks that are giving a good shakeup to an out of date business model. This was an expensive purchase for me and I do not have any buyers remorse about any part of my experience.

In a world where "customer service" seems like a lost art, Jeff Hall and the ZipHearing crew have reinvented it - and then some. I've lost hearing aids and they've gotten them replaced. I THOUGHT I lost a hearing aid, and they ordered a replacement - when I found it, they reversed the charge ... on a Sunday! Prices are great, but the service is out of this world.

On its website, ZipHearing makes a lot of promises about discounted prices, professional service, & followup. I was more than a bit skeptical. When I spoke to Grant at ZipHearing, I was impressed but not yet persuaded. He seemed to know every detail about the different hearing aids & answered my questions like a doctor or advisor, not at all like a salesman. He also assured me that the website claims were accurate, with no bait-&-switch, fine-print exceptions, or last-minute surprises. He told me right up front what to expect & what was expected of me (basically, payment in full). When I finally agreed after also contacting TruHearing & a local hearing aid provider, Grant connected me with a very good audiologist who tested my hearing & worked with me in selecting my hearing aids. The all-inclusive price was exactly as quoted by Grant. Two weeks after my first contact with ZipHearing, I had my Oticon opn S1 MiniRites. They’ve significantly improved my hearing & are much better than my previous hearing aids purchased in 2013. I also received, as promised, several dozen batteries, a supply of domes & filters, & followup visits for fine adjustments to my needs, all included in the original price. ZipHearing even filed my insurance claim, & I’ve just received a check from my health insurance carrier reimbursing me for more than half the cost of the hearing aids. So, am I a satisfied customer? Hear this: Absolutely!

Outstanding service. Grant Davidson knows the products and was super helpful confirming the Phonek hearing aid for me. He also helped me identify the audiologist for my fitting and provided advice on the fitting process. Easy to order, no hassles, and ziphearing also submitted my claim for reimbursement to my health insurance provider! Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with ZipHearing. Friendly knowledgeable help. Was referred to a local expert who takes the time to evaluate my needs and make adjustments as needed. Every week (or two) I had a follow up visit to discuss how they were working and to make minor adjustments until they optimal performance was achieved. I started off going to someone else who wanted $2400 more for the same product. Can’t beat ZipHearing’s price.
