Jeff Hall at Zip Hearing was extremely helpful in resolving the battery life problems I was having with my Phonak Audeo M90-R hearing aids. After several replacements and conversations Jeff was able to exchange the Phonak aids to a pair of Signia Pure Charge and Go 7x aids at no cost to me. The Signia aids are working extremely well and they are meeting all my hearing needs.

Great products, the BEST PRICE, and the BEST CUSTOMER Service. Grant took great care of me as he walked me through the process from beginning to end. The audiologist that he sent me to in my area couldn't have been nicer. It was the best hearing exam that I ever had. Zip Hearing does deliver a product at somewhat significant savings, where they fall short is accountability and customer service. I am a senior citizen and money is very important. I had Zip pre-certify my insurance AND provide a local audiologist...long story short is they provided a "out of network" provider that I lost approximately $2500 in benefits. When I tried to discuss "The Who's and Why's" they immediately and completely shut me down and referred me to their lawyer. Soooo disappointed!!!! Zip's response is very "short sided" as I NEVER threatened legal counsel only counsel such as past Hearing Aid providers and insurance specialists. A good CEO/ Manager does NOT rely solely on past reviews and are generally open minded enough to know that there is that "one time" that they fell short of expectations.

Anyone serious about saving $ & getting high quality customer service & savings on top of the line hearing aids talk to zip. Lesley took care of me & I couldn't be happier.

Excellent experience. I had never worn hearing aids before, and ZipHearing made the whole process easy. I was referred to an excellent Audiologist not far from my home, and in less than two weeks I was fitted with my new hearing aids. Many thanks to Grant Davidson for all his help.

I had met with a hearing professional and they had recommended a product. I ordered it with them but they did not follow through and kept putting me off. I contacted ZipHearing and they got me the same hearing devices for 2000.00 less. I ended up using the same grading aid place because they were under contract with ZipHearing and they gave me great service once Zip was involved.
