They gave me the wrong time for my consult for two days running then implied I was stupid when I called to figure it out. They don't understand how time zones work and their MST is one hour off. Whoopsies. No doctor arrived when I showed up for the appointment at the correct time. However, I did get a message that I missed my appointment. I wonder if the doctor also got one. Then I was told to log into a waiting room that did not exist. Don't worry about that mess up they upgraded my already 2-day shipping to 2-day shipping as an apology. The whole thing was annoying, amateur, and incompetent at every step. If the purpose of the enterprise is to be less annoying and time-consuming than going to a local doctor they failed spectacularly The response below is dishonest and shows the low caliber of the company. They sent me an email with the wrong time the doctor didn't show up for the "right time". They then told me to go to a waiting room that wasn't open. I am pretty sure it is just a scam.
