First order was from generic manufactured in New Jersey FDA approved facility that was great. Refill is generic from INDIA. Indian facilities are receiving FDA approvals and being sanctioned at the same time for non-compliance. Insist on country of origin generics either US or TEVA from Israel where quality control is assured
