A refill i believe, shouldn't require another facetime visit .. if you check no changes it shouldn't be a problem and is on the buyer . Especially if its not multiple refills in a short time..other than that it is good .little pricey w shipping involved..still a customer but being honest ..thanks

The questionnaire is very easy to fill out. As soon as the questionnaire is completed, a doctor makes contact to ask a few final questions and then shortly thereafter, the doctor approves the prescription.
