ZINVOReviews of zinvowatches.com

The watches are very stylishly designed. I would highly recommend this brand to anybody that takes fashion and personal style seriously.

UPDATED AS OF 9 February 2019, Saturday - Finally they responded after this review. Very fast by FedEx, sent on Friday and received on Monday. But it was Public Holiday in Singapore for last few days and was out of town. My family received on my behalf. That's all folks, as per agreed upon receiving the watch. Their customer service are not responding even when they claimed here at trustpilot that they have been in contact with the shipping company and my package will deliver as soon as possible. No updates no new tracking number. Payment made and no news, no watch. Still sending promotion emails and even FB teaser. I am seeking a refund now and waiting for reply. This is my worse online purchase experience.

Such a nice watch , I loved the design and quality , Totally worth the money

i love zinvo. the quality is good, and the cost is fine. I think zinvo should create a model with steel strap.

I've edited my initial review as my issue has now been resolved. I initially placed an order back in November which had a few problems as it got lost and never arrived (Fedex lost it), but all is resolved now and I have now recieved my order with thanks to Katie. I'm super impressed with these watches! They really stand out and look unique. I'll defintley be ordering some more.

Very good watch! like very much! In addition to just ordering during the Christmas holiday, and then encounter the New Year, time waited for a while, but it will not affect my support for ZINVO! Delivery time is fast! Then customer service is not bad! Worth admiring! Every mail has a quick response! However, a small suggestion is that when I receive the new form, the courier still collects taxes from me. This is a relatively unexpected thing. Although the tax is not expensive, I still hope that I can have a reminder when ordering the watch. Thank you. ZINVO!
