Hey there. Good morning. I ordered a watch (Slate Blade 44MM) on November 19. I have still not received the shipment confirmation as the email stated "This email is to confirm your order: Please keep in mind orders take 1-2 business days to process. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped." You charged my credit card on November 20, and attempts to reach you have been unsuccessful as your numbers aren't going through and I have yet to receive a response to my email. I made a customized watch purchase on July 4, 2023 and today October 4, 2023 haven’t received any watch or any comments from the Zinvo team. I have tried multiple times contacting them via email, calls, etc, but no one answers. I would not mind waiting another extra month or two if they at least had the decency to reply back my emails so I would know that my order is being taken care. Seems like Zinvo only invest in the Marketing team because I receive weekly emails with promotions or new products but when it comes to the Customer Service team is non-existent. At this point, feels like I’m being scammed, would not recommend this to other people. Not sure how to proceed with this situation.
