Good item fair price

Ordered 16 days ago. Still have yet to even receive a tracking number. Numerous attempts to contact customer service have been for naught. Number provided by the website is unreachable. Worst customer service I have dealt with bc there has been no customer service provided. Update: After posting was quickly contacted by customer service and I have received my tracking number. Some things take time to receive. Just be better about keeping customers informed during the process and have a number that can actually be reached.

The watch is solid, well made and very stylish! You can wear it with a suit or with jeans and shirt. You will get compliments with this watch.

We ordered a watch in November 2018. The parcel was sent from USA to Ukraine by USPS. But it was lost somewhere along the road. ZINVO sent a watch again by FedEx. We have already got a watch.
